You can pay in advance by bank or wire transfer by instructing your bank to send the full amount as shown on our proforma Invoice to our bank account. Please make sure that our invoice number is referenced.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We collaborate with the biggest names in global logistics such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, DPD to ensure hitch-free deliveries.
Delivery date is to your pre-agreed delivery address or collection facility.
Our quotes clearly state the incoterms and leadtime in working days and the estimated time of arrival to your facility. Orders placed after the date of quote will assume that the date of order is same as date of quote.
Please contact your dedicated salesperson should the estimated time of arrival differ from the date stated in our quote.
Couriers for your order will be confirmed in any order confirmations and a parcel tracking number sent to you.
FAST DELIVERY
All stock items normally ship from one of our warehouses immediately. In cases of advance payment, this will ship immediately upon receipt of your payment confirmation.
Upon request, we also offer Saturday deliveries.
ARRANGE YOUR OWN SHIPPING
You can arrange to use a courier of your choice or use your company account with a courier company. In this case you will need to inform Pinto Components Ltd of your chosen logistics partner. We accept no responsibility/liability for goods lost or damaged whilst in transit if you choose to arrange shipment yourself.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
It is your responsibility to pay any charges relating to the import of goods into your country. Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery.
DELAYED ORDERS
Please contact our sales team if the delivery of your order is delayed. We will do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
PRODUCT QUALITY & CONDITION
All products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in good working condition and are covered by our Returns and warranty policy.
All products sold by Pinto Components are covered by our replacement warranty during the warranty period, which is 12 Months for new items and 6 months for refurbished items. The warranty period begins on the date that the goods arrive at the customer’s facility or pre-agreed delivery address.
WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Pinto Components Ltd.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Pinto Components will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Pinto Components will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or refund the original amount of the part including any shipping and packaging costs. All warranties will be covered by Pinto Components and not the part manufacturer. If the item fails within 12 months for new items or 6 months for refurbished ones from the date of delivery, please return it for a free repair or replacement.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for new parts purchased from Pinto Components is 1 year beginning from the date of customer receiving the goods.
The Warranty Period for refurbished parts purchased from Pinto Components is 6 months beginning from the date of customer receiving the goods.
A replacement physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Should any product supplied by Pinto Components fail within the first 14 days we will replace your item with an equivalent part. If no equivalent part can be found, then we will refund the amount you originally paid including any shipping costs.
Our standard warranty terms apply after the initial 14 days from receipt of goods.
Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any such defective product free of charge to our customer. If after assessment, we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund an amount equal to the sum you originally paid.

REPAIRS
Unless stated otherwise all products repaired by us are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and are covered by our 12-month returns warranty. If the item fails within 12 months from the date of delivery, please return it for a free repair. Our liability shall be limited to the repair, at our choice, of any such defective product free of charge to our customer. If we assess that the product can no longer be repaired, we will credit your account with an amount equal to the sum you originally paid. All faulty units will be inspected and tested upon their return. If found not to be faulty, or if the fault diagnosed was caused by mishandling, then testing fees and penalty charges may be incurred. These will be at our discretion.
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us at sales@pintocomponents.com for returns. Please quote the reference number from your invoice. All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipping. If we receive no communication from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with the items, we will assume you have received the items in full working order and in good/acceptable condition.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you wish to return an item for any reason this should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item. All products must be returned entirely complete, including all original manufacturer’s boxes with seals intact, packing materials, manuals, cables, and any other accessories provided by Pinto Components in the original shipment. Pinto Components reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete products or to charge a minimum of 25% restocking fee for returns that are accepted.
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
FAULTY WHEN RECEIVED and/or DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If items are faulty on receipt or damaged in transit this should be reported to us within 7 days so we can provide you with a replacement unit. If there is no availability for a replacement, the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage was due to our packing and/or our courier. All returns must explicitly be authorised by Pinto Components or its authorised representative.
INCORRECT ITEM SENT
In the event that we send you incorrect items, you should contact us immediately or at least within 7 days for us to arrange collection, return and replacement. In this event, contact your sales representative directly or write to us at sales@pintocomponents.com
